Our Mission
At the US Community Foundation, our mission is to empower and uplift communities across the United States. We believe in creating a more equitable society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Our focus is threefold:
Providing Insurance Access: We are dedicated to providing insurance access to uninsured communities. We believe that everyone should have access to the healthcare they need, and we work tirelessly to make this a reality.
Fostering Job Development: We are committed to fostering job development and providing individuals with the skills and opportunities they need to secure stable employment. We understand that employment is a key factor in community empowerment and we strive to create opportunities for growth and development.
Promoting Indigenous -Owned Businesses: We are passionate about promoting the creation and growth of Black-owned businesses. We understand the unique challenges faced by Black entrepreneurs and we provide the resources and support needed to overcome these barriers.

Our Programs
Our Programs
At the US Community Foundation, we have developed a range of programs designed to empower communities and create lasting change. Our programs focus on three key areas: providing insurance access, fostering job development, and promoting Indigenous-owned businesses.
Insurance Access Program: This program is designed to provide uninsured communities with access to insurance. We work with various partners to ensure that individuals and families have the coverage they need to protect their health and wellbeing.
Job Development Program: Our job development program focuses on providing individuals with the skills and training they need to secure stable employment. We offer job training in high-demand fields and work with employers to create job opportunities for program participants.
Black-Owned Business Support Program: This program is designed to support Black entrepreneurs and promote the growth of Black-owned businesses. We provide entrepreneurs with access to capital, business training, and networking opportunities to help them overcome barriers and succeed in their entrepreneurial journey.
Through these programs, we aim to empower individuals and communities, providing them with the resources and support they need to thrive.
